Week 1 Progress
So the diet is going well, I got the food, after a slight delay, but it arrived, got it put away and got to work! Well, not really, I started the next morning. So far the diet has taught me to eat a lot of salad - it's filling and takes up a lot of space. My weight difference from today and last Wednesday is...drum roll please...-2 pounds! I'm thrilled! I hope it keeps going and keeps up, and it's not just all 'water weight' like they told me on the phone. What is water weight anyways???
